Advanced Marathon Plan

Stop us if you've heard this one before. You're an experienced runner with serious mileage and races under your belt, and you're ready for your next challenge: the sub 3-hour marathon. It's going to take some doing, but you know you've got it in you. You're ready to push your limits... but where do you start? 

If this sounds familiar, you've found the plan for you! Our advanced 12-week marathon training programme is designed specifically to get runners like you confident, fit and ready to break the 3-hour barrier. In the programme you will find:

Beginners Ultramarathon Plan

Lactate Threshold Testing

A blood lactate threshold test gives you a clear picture of how your body responds to increasing intensity. By identifying your individual lactate response (LT1 and LT2), we can set accurate training zones and inform pacing strategies. It removes guesswork and helps you train with precision.
