Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend, will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

Where a cancellation is made with more than 24 hours’ notice, refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
